OpenAI Co-founder Andrej Karpathy Joins Anthropic to Boost AI Pre-training

Andrej Karpathy, a founding member of OpenAI and former AI director at Tesla, has joined Anthropic, a rival AI lab. He will be working on the pre-training team, which focuses on the large-scale training runs that give Anthropic's Claude its core knowledge and capabilities.
