Samsung Fined in South Korea Over Galaxy S21 and S22 Gaming Performance Ads
South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission fined Samsung about 20 billion won over ads for Galaxy S21, S22 and Tab S8 gaming performance. The regulator said the ads did not adequately disclose limits imposed by its GOS service; Samsung plans to challenge the decision.
