Uber gets DGT approval for autonomous car trials in Madrid, service launch by year-end

Uber has received approval from Spain's DGT to conduct autonomous car trials in Madrid. The company plans to launch its robotaxi service by the end of the year, beginning with mapping the city in collaboration with WeRide and Avomo.
