Ukraine Says Starlink and Starshield Are Stable at Speeds Above 400 km/h

Ukraine says Starlink and its military version, Starshield, are operating stably at speeds above 400 km/h. The systems had faced more than a week of restrictions that slowed connections and disrupted military operations.
