12-Year-Old Boy Suffers Third-Degree Burns in Arnavutköy Incident

A 12-year-old boy in Arnavutköy suffered third-degree burns after, according to reports, other children poured cologne on his back and set it alight. Three children were subject to legal proceedings, and one was released under judicial control.
