258 Turkish Youths Under State Care Successfully Placed in Universities

Turkey's Minister of Family and Social Services, Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, announced that 258 young individuals raised under state care and with foster families have been admitted to universities. Seven of these students ranked within the top 10,000 in their entrance exams.
