Ayhan Bora Kaplan and 4 police officers acquitted in bribery case
In Ankara, all defendants, including crime boss Ayhan Bora Kaplan and four police officers, have been acquitted in a bribery and illicit enrichment case. The court ruled there was insufficient conclusive evidence to prove the charges.
