Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev, who has ties to Vladimir Putin, allegedly paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson's wedding parties held in the Bahamas. Trump Jr. stated Kremlev is a personal friend.
