Amnesty International Reports 28 New Cases of Migrant Abuse by Military in Ceuta

Amnesty International says migrants reported 28 new cases of abuse by military personnel in Ceuta. Eighteen allegedly occurred after the Defence Ministry announced an investigation, and 13 involved minors.
