Court Overturns Furkan Apartment Acquittals for Second Time in 51-Death Earthquake Case
An appeals court overturned the local court’s ruling for a second time in the Furkan Apartment case, in which 51 people died in the February 6 earthquakes. Three defendants will be retried, including contractor Hasan Hüseyin Sever.
