Arturo Aliaga, former PAR president and Aragon vice president, dies at 70

Arturo Aliaga, former president of the Aragonese Party (PAR) and former vice president of the Government of Aragon, has died at the age of 70. He had served as a counselor in Aragon's governments under both the PSOE and PP parties and was linked to the regional government's industry sector for decades.
