Autistic Boy's Death Ruled Homicide; Sister and Boyfriend Arrested

In Sivas, Turkey, a 12-year-old autistic boy's death after falling from a fourth-floor window has been ruled a homicide. His 14-year-old sister and her 17-year-old boyfriend have been arrested and remanded in custody.
