Balcony Collapse in Bahçelievler Injures Pedestrian, Damages Restaurant

A partial balcony collapse on the fourth floor of a six-story building in Istanbul's Bahçelievler district sent concrete debris onto the street. A pedestrian walking below was struck by the falling pieces and hospitalized, with damage also reported at a ground-floor restaurant.
