Ceuta Military Scabies Outbreak Linked to Humidity, Not Immigrants, Officials Say

At least 24 soldiers and two police officers in Ceuta have contracted scabies. Defense officials state the outbreak is linked to high humidity in the area, not contact with recent immigrants.
