Ceuta President Vivas Summoned as Witness in Migrant Arrival Investigation

A judge investigating the arrival of migrants in Ceuta has summoned the city's president, Vivas, to testify on September 30. The former chief of staff for the Government Delegation in Ceuta is also called to testify.
