Ceuta Prosecutors Report 23 Sexual Assaults on Migrant Women and Girls

Prosecutors in Ceuta have raised the number of reported sexual assaults on migrant women and girls to 23 following a large influx of migrants. Five of these incidents involved penetration, and nine victims were minors.
