Turkish comedian jailed pending trial for allegedly insulting President Erdogan

Turkish comedian Deniz Goktas has been jailed pending trial for allegedly insulting religious values and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Goktas was arrested after a performance that went viral online, in which he reportedly called Erdogan a dictator.
