Cyprus Government Introduces New Support for Victims of Girne Ship Disaster

The government of Northern Cyprus has enacted new regulations to assist victims of the passenger ship that sank off the coast of Girne on August 30. The measures provide legal aid, residency permits, and free healthcare access until August 2027.
