EU Denies Evidence of Foreign State Involvement in Ceuta Migrant Crisis
The EU's External Action Service found Russian attempts to exploit the Ceuta migrant crisis online but no conclusive evidence that any foreign state, including Russia or Israel, instigated the event. Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez had suggested foreign interference.
