European Public Prosecutor Investigates Possible EU Funds Fraud in Madrid-Seville Rail Works

The European Public Prosecutor’s Office is investigating possible fraud involving EU funds for safety and signaling upgrades on the Madrid-Seville high-speed line after the Urda crash. Spain’s Guardia Civil UCO is seeking information from Adif and other agencies.
