EU Considers Temporarily Freezing Price Cap on Russian Oil Amid Price Increase Predictions
The EU is considering a temporary freeze on the price cap for Russian oil. The Union adopted a mechanism last year to ensure the 'price cup' is automatically set every six months. Despite predictions of an increase in the summer, it is expected to remain around $44 a barrel.
