Former Çankaya Municipality Official's Drug Test Positive for Cocaine, Methamphetamine

Sadık Can Köksal, former private secretary to the Mayor of Çankaya Municipality and a close friend of the current mayor, tested positive for cocaine and methamphetamine. He was arrested and detained as part of an Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office investigation into drug use and prostitution.
