Carmine Civitillo Arrested in Case of Patrizia Monteleone’s Death in Pool

Carmine Civitillo, 76, was arrested on suspicion of killing his former wife, Patrizia Monteleone, who was found dead in a pool in Buccinigo in September. Investigators say she died of suffocation before being placed in the water.
