FBI Investigates Suspicious Powdery Letters Sent to Congress and Election Offices

The FBI and other federal agencies are investigating letters containing an unknown powdery substance sent to congressional and election offices nationwide. Louisiana and Oklahoma offices were evacuated; a package to Ohio was intercepted.
