Fire at Russian Gas Chemical Complex Kills One, Injures Over 100

A fire at a gas chemical complex under construction in Russia's Amur region has resulted in one fatality and over 100 injuries. A Chinese national working for a contractor died, and at least 19 people were hospitalized. The complex is a joint project between Russia's Sibur and China's Sinopec.
