Fontainebleau Forest Partially Reopens After Major July Fire
The Fontainebleau Forest, which suffered a major fire in July, will begin a phased reopening to the public starting Saturday, August 22. Prefect Benoît Kaplan announced that 80% of the forest will be accessible, with one area remaining closed.
