French museum reports theft of banana taped to wall as art

A museum in Metz, France, reported the theft of a banana that was taped to a wall as part of the artwork "Comedian" by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan. A guard discovered the banana was missing on Saturday. The piece was previously eaten by a visitor last summer.
