Fugitive Crime Syndicate Member Sought by Red Notice Arrested Entering Turkey
Muhammed Ali Çınar, a suspect in attacks on a cafe and the Iraqi Consulate, was apprehended upon entering Turkey from Georgia after his release from prison. He is wanted via a red notice and has been re-arrested.
