Klopp is the top-paid person in the White House. Second is associate counsel Edgar Mkrtchian who makes $203,645.Zoom out: 33 employees earn $195,200, including:Susie Wiles: chief of staffKaroline Leavitt: press secretaryTom Homan: border czarStephen Miller: assistant to the president; deputy chief of staff for policy; homeland security adviser Sergio Gor: assistant to the president; director of the Office of Presidential Personnel Peter Navarro, assistant to the president; senior counselor for trade and manufacturing Zoom in: Most deputy assistants make between $155,000 and $175,000Most special assistants earn between $121,500 and $150,000. Presidential speechwriters make between $92,500 and $121,500. 108 employees earn between $59,000 and $80,000. Behind the scenes: The list names eight employees with no salaries, including crypto czar David Sacks and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who is paid by his agency.A White House official said Wednesday that Rubio and Trump's envoy Steve Witkoff are dual employed by the State Department and White House.
