ICE Officer Charged in Minneapolis Shooting Released After Extradition Rejected
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer accused of shooting a man and lying about it during a Minneapolis crackdown has been released from a Texas jail. A judge refused to order his extradition to Minnesota.
