Iran's nuclear chief, Mohammad Eslami, was prevented from attending an International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) meeting in Vienna, with Tehran accusing the United States of obstructing his travel. This marks the first time Eslami has been denied access to the IAEA headquarters.
