Iraq PM: PKK-linked groups in Sinjar to surrender arms, mountain under government control

Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zeidi announced that groups linked to the PKK in the Sinjar region will begin surrendering their weapons to the state. Sinjar Mountain will also come under full federal government control.
