Istanbul: Retaining wall collapses during urban renewal excavation, damaging apartment building

In Istanbul's Bahçelievler district, a retaining wall of a 5-story apartment building collapsed during excavation for urban renewal work. The building's stairs were damaged, but no injuries were reported. Access to the building is now controlled.
