Turkey Announces 15,000 Affordable Rental Homes in Istanbul

Turkey's Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, announced a new initiative to provide 15,000 rental homes in Istanbul. Applications open September 14 for residents with household incomes under 100,000 TL, with rents starting at 10,000 TL for a 1+1 unit.
