Istanbul braces for heavy rain and thunderstorms on Tuesday and Wednesday

Istanbul's Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM) has issued a warning for heavy rain and thunderstorms expected on Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures are forecast to drop to around 16-17 degrees Celsius.
