EU’s Kaja Kallas Says Russia Is Weaponizing Food and Pledges Black Sea Cooperation

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas accused Russia of weaponizing food through attacks on Black Sea shipping. She said the EU is working with Turkey, India and other partners to protect navigation and vital supplies.
