KCK Co-Chair Bayık Demands Meeting with Öcalan, Links Disarmament to Freedom

KCK Executive Council Co-Chair Cemil Bayık stated that the KCK must visit İmralı and meet with Abdullah Öcalan for the peace process to advance. Bayık also declared that militants will not lay down arms or return to Turkey unless Öcalan is freed.
