Kremlin: Japan displays hostile stance, is on list of unfriendly countries

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Japan is exhibiting a hostile attitude towards Russia and has been placed on the list of unfriendly countries. Peskov asserted that Russia is not the party responsible for the deterioration of bilateral relations.
