Belgian Protests Against Education Policy and Budget Cuts Lead to 45 Detentions

Police in Liege detained 45 people after violence at protests in Brussels and Liege against education policies and budget cuts. Twelve detainees were minors; 40 were held for administrative reasons and five for judicial reasons.
