Liquid Cocaine Disguised as Soap Seized in Port of Antwerp

Authorities in the Port of Antwerp discovered liquid cocaine disguised in bottles of soap in late August. The drugs were reportedly difficult to distinguish from real soap. The exact quantity seized is still being determined.
