Man Arrested in Mississippi Woman's Death Ruled Homicide

Police in Jackson, Mississippi, arrested Jacques Ratliff in connection with the death of Tasia Fortune, a Black woman found hanging from a tree. The state medical examiner ruled Fortune's death a homicide.
