23-Year-Old Melek Öztürk Drowns in Portugal While on Erasmus Program

Melek Öztürk, a 23-year-old student from Turkey, drowned in the Cávado River in Portugal during her Erasmus program. Her body was recovered after an hour of search efforts, and she will be laid to rest in her hometown of Köşk.
