Spain: Majority of Migrant Minors in Ceuta Wish to Stay, Minister Says

Spain's Minister of Childhood, Sira Rego, stated that the majority of migrant minors in Ceuta wish to remain in Spain. Between 500 and 700 unaccompanied minors are still in the city's streets.
