Investigation into MİT official Kaşif Kozinoğlu's suspicious death leads to arrests

An investigation into the suspicious death of former MİT official Kaşif Kozinoğlu in Silivri Prison in 2011 has resulted in the arrest of 10 individuals, who were prison staff at the time. One suspect remains at large abroad.
