Minnesota Sues Texas Governor to Compel Extradition of ICE Agent Accused of Shooting

Minnesota's Attorney General Keith Ellison has sued Texas Governor Greg Abbott to force the extradition of ICE agent Christian Castro. Castro is accused of shooting a man in Minneapolis and then lying about the incident.
