MAGA ally Elon Musk said on Tuesday that he plans to spend "a lot less" on political donations moving forward after funneling millions into Donald Trump's 2024 presidential campaign.The big picture: The comment from the richest man in the world could come as a disappointment for Republicans in 2026.Musk spent than $250 million in a push to return Trump to the White House and sank approximately $20 million into supporting the conservative candidate in a Wisconsin Supreme Court race earlier this year.
