Félicien Kabuga, Accused of Funding Rwandan Genocide, Dies at 91

Félicien Kabuga, accused of financing the 1994 Rwandan genocide, has died at age 91 while in UN custody in The Hague. His trial was suspended due to his declining mental health; he was accused of arming Hutu militias that massacred approximately 800,000 people, mostly ethnic Tutsis.
