EU and Dozens of Nations Back Special Tribunal for Russian Aggression in Ukraine
Over thirty countries, including EU members, have agreed to establish a special tribunal to prosecute the "crime of aggression" related to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The move aims to hold Russia accountable, potentially including prosecuting Vladimir Putin should he lose power.
