Osman Kavala Seeks Retrial After ECHR Ruling on Rights Violation

Businessman Osman Kavala, imprisoned in the Gezi trial, has applied to the court for a retrial and release following a European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling that found a rights violation. The court has requested the ECHR decision from the Ministry of Justice.
