Dutch Prosecutors Seek Nine Months in Jail for Shooting Cats With Crossbow
Prosecutors in Eindhoven are seeking a nine-month prison sentence for a 26-year-old man accused of shooting cats with a crossbow. Four cats were injured and one died; the man said he wanted to scare them.
